Brain & Body - Optimised!

Here To Help You

Are you a mum who:

  • Constantly feels exhausted, both physically and mentally?
  • Feels like you are running on empty and on the brink of snapping at the smallest provocation?
  • Gets irritated, impatient and frustrated with your children instead of being a kind, conscious, loving mother that you envisioned when you first had children?
  • Feels guilty about not being your highest self, both as a mum and in your career?
  • Would love to lead a healthy lifestyle and be a good example to your children but in reality you feel like a failure because you are struggling with chronic health problems?

If you answered “Yes’ to any of these questions, I know how you feel.

Back in 2018, if you’d asked me these very same questions, I’d have answered “Yes, yes, yes, yes and YES!” The good news is, within a relatively short space of time, I was able to turn things around to become a healthy, happy, calm, conscious parent who was able to find fulfillment and contribute to society. And now I am here to help YOU do the same through health coaching!

If you are ready for a change, health coaching sessions with me can help you get on the right path to becoming a healthier, happier and more energised version of you. Find out more about my health coaching packages here.

Brain Centred Approach to Health Coaching

The most common mistake people make when it comes to improving their health is to focus only on their body or only on their mental health.

But the reality is, your brain is a vital organ in your body, just as your heart, lungs and liver are.

What’s good for your body is good for your brain and what’s good for your brain is good for your body.  After all, your brain controls:

  • the decisions you make
  • the emotions you feel
  • the actions you take
  • the way you interact with the people around you
  • your life, ultimately.

Meanwhile, your brain is influenced by what is going on in the rest of your body as well as by your environment and the people in your life. Your brain, body and environment are completely interconnected.

If you want to improve your brain health, you need to address your overall health. That means taking a holistic view of your life. Together, we investigate different aspects of your life to determine imbalances and highlight areas to work on.

It’s great that you’re taking the time to find out more about what you can do to improve your brain health. If you’re here to help a loved one or your family improve their health, then that’s fantastic too. I have no doubt that health coaching one person can cause a ripple effect that results in better health for the people around them.

Information + Action = Transformation

As a busy working mum myself, I know how hard it can be to put yourself first. And how hard it is to find the time and energy to improve your health while keeping it all together. I also know how hard it can be to make healthy changes into your family life, when all they want is what they’re used to, even if it’s not good for them. But I have seen that with the right support, information and step by step guidance, big transformation is possible through simple, steady action.

There are so many simple and easy changes you can start to add in to your life today. Taking small steps towards a healthier lifestyle does not need to be scary or cause major upheaval in your life. I have lots of useful information and tips in my blog posts to inspire you, so do check them out.
